Where do you ship?
We ship within the U.S. only (Contiguous U.S., Alaska & Hawaii).
No international or U.S. territory shipping.
Are there locations you cannot deliver to?
Yes. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, or remote/offshore areas where carriers cannot deliver.
How much is shipping?
Orders $20+: Free standard shipping
Orders under $20: $4.95 flat rate
How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery: 3–7 business days (U.S.), 5–10 business days (AK/HI)
Taxes or duties?
No customs fees. State sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Return
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error. Returns for personal reasons or change of mind are not accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by our error, we will cover the return handling cost.
For all other situations, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact customer@skymbrell.com with your order number and photo or video proof. Approved requests will receive return instructions by email.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
Non-Returnable Situations
Items that are used, intentionally damaged, altered, or returned without approval are not eligible for return.
