1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only. A PayPal account and login are required to complete your purchase, but you can pay using a credit or debit card linked through your PayPal account once logged into PayPal.


2. Can I checkout as a guest without a PayPal account?

No. To complete your order, you must log in to a PayPal account. Payments cannot be processed without signing into PayPal.


3. Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping within the United States, including the mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii.


4. What is your shipping policy?

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. 


5. What is your return & exchange policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).


6. Are any purchases final sale?

No, most purchases are not final sale. You can return items in accordance with our 30‑day return policy. 


7. How do I track my order?

After placing your order, use the “Track your order” link in the menu or check your email for tracking updates once your order ships.

9. Do you offer international shipping?
