If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you promptly.

When you place an order through our Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product stock shortages, payment issues, suspected fraud, incomplete order information, or shipping addresses outside the United States.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Method
We exclusively accept PayPal for all transactions. You may complete payment via two options:

- Directly click “Pay with PayPal” on the product detail page.
4.2 Payment Security
All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure gateway. We do not store your PayPal account or financial information on our servers, ensuring the safety of your payment data.
4.3 Payment Obligations
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount (including shipping fees, if applicable) to your PayPal account. You represent and warrant that you have sufficient funds or credit to cover the charged amount.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Coverage
We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to international locations, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or freight forwarding addresses. Any order submitted with a non-U.S. shipping address will be automatically rejected, and no payment will be processed.
5.2 Shipping Fees & Timelines
Refer to our Shipping Policy for details on free shipping eligibility (orders ≥ $20), flat-rate shipping fees, and estimated delivery times (calculated in business days). Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
5.3 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the specified U.S. address. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible shipping address within the U.S.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, including:
- Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging; return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Return Process: You must contact customer service to obtain a designated U.S.-based return address (do not ship to international addresses). Return shipping fees for eligible returns are borne by Skymbrell.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account within 2–3 business days of product inspection and confirmation of return eligibility.
7. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders, including a valid U.S. shipping address and contact details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (if applicable) and all activities conducted under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the United States, Skymbrell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits or delivery delays due to carrier issues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations between you and Skymbrell within 30 days of the dispute arising. If negotiations fail:
- For users with U.S. shipping addresses, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with U.S. federal and state laws, including binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.
- Small claims court disputes that qualify under applicable U.S. law may be resolved through small claims proceedings as an alternative to arbitration.
