Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Returns & Exchanges (What Can Be Returned)

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The umbrella arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts (photo or video proof required)

  • The wrong item is shipped due to our error (wrong model, size, or color)


Non-Eligible Returns (What Cannot Be Returned)

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect personal purchase

  • The item has been used, intentionally damaged, or altered

  • Missing original packaging or order proof

  • The request is submitted after 30 days from delivery


Return Request Timeframe

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery confirmation.


Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is caused by our error
    (damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items).

  • For approved seller-fault returns, Skymbrell will cover the return shipping cost.

  • No return processing or restocking fees are charged.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email customer@skymbrell.com with your order number, reason, and proof (if applicable)

  2. Approved requests will receive return instructions and a designated return address

  3. Items returned without approval may not be processed


Refund & Exchange Processing Time

  • Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method

  • Bank processing time may take an additional 3–7 business days

  • Approved exchanges are shipped after inspection confirmation
