Payment Method

We prioritize secure, convenient payment processing for all orders, and currently only accept PayPal payments to ensure your transaction safety and privacy. Below are the two available payment methods, with the sequence for the cart method updated to fill in personal information first, then select PayPal payment:

🔹 Payment Method 1: Add to Cart (Checkout via PayPal)

Ideal for purchasing multiple items in one order
  1. Add Items to Cart: Browse our umbrella collection, select your desired products, and click the “Add to Cart” button for each item.
  2. View Cart & Proceed to Checkout: Click the “Cart” icon to review your order list, then click “Check out” to enter your personal information first—fill in your shipping address, contact phone number, and other required details.
  3. Select PayPal as Payment Method: After completing and confirming your personal information on the checkout page, select PayPal as your payment method (it is our only available payment option).
  4. Redirect to PayPal Login Page: Click “Continue with PayPal” to be taken directly to PayPal’s login page.
  5. Log in to PayPal (Mandatory Step): You must log in to your PayPal account—register an account if you do not have one. No further payment steps can be completed without logging in.
  6. Authorize Payment: After logging in, confirm the order amount and your billing information on PayPal, then click “Pay Now” to finalize the transaction. You will be redirected back to Skymbrell for order confirmation immediately.

🔹 Payment Method 2: Pay With PayPal (Direct Payment)

Ideal for quick purchase of a single item, following the sequence of login first → fill in information → complete payment
  1. Select “Pay With PayPal”: On the product detail page, click the “Pay With PayPal” button located below the “Add to Cart” button.
  2. Redirect to PayPal Login Page Immediately: You will be taken directly to PayPal’s login page without any intermediate steps.
  3. Log in to PayPal (Mandatory Step): Logging in to your PayPal account is required—this step cannot be skipped.
  4. Fill in Personal Information on PayPal: After logging in, fill in or confirm your shipping address, contact details, and billing information on the PayPal page.
  5. Complete Payment: Double-check the order details and amount, then click “Pay Now” to finish the transaction. An order confirmation email will be sent to you instantly.

🔹 Payment Security & Notes

  1. Secure Transactions: All personal information and payment data are processed on PayPal’s SSL-encrypted platform. Skymbrell does not store any of your financial details or personal information.
  2. Order Processing: We will process your order within 1–2 business days after PayPal confirms the payment is successful.
  3. Payment Issues: For login failures, information filling errors, or payment problems, contact PayPal customer support directly. You can also reach our team at customer@skymbrell.com with your order number.
  4. Refunds: All refunds will be credited back to your original PayPal account (refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for specific rules).
  5. Currency: All payments are settled in U.S. Dollars (USD). PayPal will handle currency conversion for international users, with fees subject to your PayPal account settings.
