Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

  • Contiguous United States (48 states)

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

Non-Serviceable Locations (Remote & Restricted Areas)

Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted areas, even if they are within the United States. These include, but are not limited to:

  • U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Remote islands, offshore locations, and areas without standard carrier delivery service

  • Addresses requiring special access or non-standard logistics services

If an address is determined to be non-serviceable, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Orders $20 or more: Free standard shipping

  • Orders under $20: $4.95 flat-rate shipping

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)

Estimated Delivery Time (after shipment):

  • Contiguous U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $20 or more (before taxes and discounts)

  • The discount is applied automatically at checkout

  • Free shipping is available only for standard shipping within the U.S.

Taxes & Duties

  • We ship only within the United States

  • No customs duties or import fees apply

  • Prices shown do not include state sales tax

  • Applicable state sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address

Order Changes & Customer Support

  • For order cancellations or address changes, please contact customer@skymbrell.com within 1 hour of placing your order

  • Orders already processed or shipped may not be modified
